This magazine pertains to environmental sustainability and human rights of people who are marginalized in society. Specifically looking at women and children, or those of LGBT communities. The goal of this magazine is to bring awareness to many everyday issues that we have become immune to hearing, yet do nothing about. It is important to realize the impact of all these issues and how they are getting worse day by day. I’m sure everyone has heard about the how we have started to deplete all of our natural resources and are heading towards doom with our environment. Or we continuously see news on the children who are in poverty or not getting an education in Africa, or heard about the women who are constantly sexually abused in third world countries. People are stripped of their basic human rights every single day, yet we fail to do anything about it. Therefore, this magazine will also attempt to bring a further awareness to many of these issues that people may only know about on the surface level.
